The C.S.P. (Cyprus Services Provider) Joint Venture was established in 2006 by six companies to combine their expertise in different fields and provide a full support services scope to the British Bases in Cyprus. The six companies are CYBARCO LTD, ATLAS PANTOU CO LTD, CHR. GIOVANIS CONSTRUCTION LTD, KYRIAKIDES & PIERIDES OVERSEAS LTD, G&E THERMOSOLAR LTD, and TELMEN LTD.
CSP Joint Venture has been providing support services to the British Bases for the past twenty years. The individual companies comprising CSP had been working within the British Bases before that date.
1) Facility Management
CSP and its founding companies have the capability to offer a full package of services required under Facility Management contracts. The range of services that can be offered through the specialized teams that already exist as part of the organization includes:
CSP offers the support required under Facility Management contracts by utilizing effective methods and retaining the competency of the people involved in such projects to the highest standards.
2) Infrastructure Support Services
CSP has been delivering Infrastructure Support Services to the British Bases in Cyprus. Some of the services provided either directly or through its founding companies or sub-contractors are:

CSP directly, or through secondment by the founding companies or through sub-contracting, has on average more than 600 people per month working for its operations within the British Bases in Cyprus. This has been the case for eighteen years. CSP and its founding companies try to employ people of the highest caliber.
4) New Construction Projects
CSP has recently been awarded various projects by the DIO UK for the construction of family accommodations in RAF Akrotiri, as well as the construction of the Passenger and Freight Handling Facility at Akrotiri Airport.
The project for the construction of the family accommodations in Akrotiri had three phases and was successfully completed in early 2024.
The Passenger and Freight Handling Facility in Akrotiri is a project that recently started and is expected to be completed in 2027.
